Great product.
Dying pipeline.

Happy customers, low churn, and still no reliable answer for where next month's revenue comes from. Norith runs your cold outbound end to end: infrastructure, lead research, copy, sending, and reply handling. 15 qualified meetings in 30 days, or every performance fee is wiped. You never pay for meetings that did not happen.

30 minutes. No deck. If your ICP is a bad fit for cold email, I will say so on the call.

The problem

You built the product.
Now you are also the SDR.

Your hours are the ceiling

List building, verifying emails, writing first lines, chasing follow-ups, triaging replies. Prospecting quietly eats the hours that should go to product, customers, and closing. The most expensive person in the company is doing its lowest-leverage work.

Both options are expensive

Hiring an SDR means months of salary and ramp before you know if outbound even converts for you, and starting over if the hire misses. Doing nothing means pipeline stays a referral lottery. Neither is a plan.

Growth waits on nobody

Every month without predictable meetings is revenue pushed a quarter out. Deals you never opened do not show up in the CRM as losses, but they are the most expensive line item in the business.

The fix is one operator who owns the whole chain, list quality through booked meeting. And if I do not deliver, I do not get paid the performance fee. The risk sits with me.

What you get

Everything between your product and a booked meeting.

You give access to your calendar and approve the target profile. I handle the rest. You show up to the meetings.

  • InfrastructureWarmed sending domains and inboxes, set up and monitored so mail lands in the primary tab.
  • LeadsHand-qualified list of your exact buyers, one contact per company, every email verified before a single send.
  • CopyEvery email written per lead, anchored to a real reason to reach out now: a hiring push, fresh funding, and other high-intent signals that mark buying windows. No mail-merge blasts.
  • SendingCampaigns launched, throttled, and monitored daily to protect deliverability while volume ramps.
  • RepliesEvery reply triaged and answered. Interested buyers get moved to your calendar, not left waiting.
  • ReportingMonthly performance report: meetings booked, reply rates, and pipeline generated. Numbers, not vibes.

Process

Three steps. You are needed for one call.

Step 1 · Week 1

Target and build

One onboarding call to lock your ideal buyer in writing. I set up domains and inboxes, then source and verify the lead list against that exact profile.

Step 2 · Week 2

Launch

Campaigns go live. If you provide warm sender domains, outreach can start within a day. Otherwise sending starts as soon as warm-up protects deliverability.

Step 3 · Ongoing

Report and sharpen

Every campaign generates data: which subject lines land, which segments reply, which messaging books. Each month I use it to sharpen the next: tighter targeting, better replies, more meetings.

Pricing

The exact deal, in writing.

Most agencies make you book a call to hear a number. Here is the full structure, so the call is about fit, not a pricing reveal.

15 qualified meetings in 30 days Terms
Setup $2,000 one-time. Sending domains, inboxes, warm-up, lead sourcing and verification for your exact buyer profile.
Base $2,000 per month. Covers what money actually gets spent on: sending, data, verification, and daily campaign operation. Not profit padding.
Per meeting $300 per qualified booked meeting. I only earn the performance fee when the target is hit. That is the whole incentive structure.
Qualified means The prospect matches the buyer profile we agreed to in writing, and they showed up. Defined before launch, in the contract. No moving goalposts in either direction.
If I miss Fourteen or fewer meetings, and every per-meeting fee is wiped. You never pay for meetings that did not happen. And the base was never money burned: it bought warmed domains, a verified lead list, and campaign data, all of which you keep.
Worked example Month one starts at $4,000 (setup + base). Hit 15 meetings: + $4,500 performance ($300 x 15). Fourteen or fewer: $0 performance. Prices in USD, excluding VAT where applicable.
You keep The sending domains, the lead lists, the data. All of it stays yours. No six-month lock-in. No walking away empty-handed.

These are the full terms. Engagements run on a signed agreement that says the same thing in legal language.

Who is behind Norith

Hugo Thunborg, founder of Norith

Hugo Thunborg

Founder, Norith

Most B2B SaaS founders I talk to are not short on ideas. They are short on hours. The founder is the best seller in the company and also the most expensive one, and outbound quietly eats that time: list building, verification, first lines, follow-ups, reply triage. Every hour of it is an hour taken from the product, the customers, and the deals only you can close.

Norith exists so you never have to choose between building the product and feeding the pipeline. I build the sending infrastructure, source and verify every lead, write every email, and read every reply. One operator, accountable for the whole chain, paid on the result.

FAQ

Questions founders actually ask.

Who is this for?

B2B SaaS founders at $1-10M ARR, roughly 5-30 people, who need qualified pipeline and do not want to spend months hiring and training an SDR team to get it.

What if it does not work?

The $300 per-meeting fee only exists when meetings exist. Deliver under 15 in the 30 days and every per-meeting fee is wiped. And because you own the domains, the lead lists, and the data, the base bought you working outbound infrastructure either way.

Will this put my domain reputation at risk?

No. Campaigns send from separate lookalike domains built for outbound, never from your primary domain. Your company's email reputation is never exposed. If a sending domain degrades, it gets replaced. Your real domain is untouched, and you own the sending domains either way.

How long until I see results?

Within a day of receiving warm sender domains. Otherwise campaigns warm up after the onboarding call and outreach starts at week 2. Every month you get a full performance report: meetings booked, reply rates, pipeline generated.

What do you need from me to start?

One onboarding call to lock the target buyer profile in writing, access to your calendar for bookings, and your sign-off on the campaign before launch. Setup runs from there without you.

Do I need to do anything once we start?

No. I handle lead research, email writing, sending, follow-up, and booking. You show up to the meetings.

Can you integrate with our existing tools?

Yes. I work with Apollo and Instantly, and I plug into your CRM and outreach stack. If you use something specific, tell me on the call and I will confirm before we start.

What happens to the domains and lists?

You own them. The sending domains, the lead lists, all of it stays yours. No six-month lock-in, no walking away empty-handed.

Get the meetings without becoming the SDR.

One 30-minute call. We look at whether cold email fits your buyer, what realistic numbers look like for your market, and what staying your own SDR is costing you in hours and hires. If outbound is wrong for your ICP, I will say so and save us both the time.
